Hillingdon businesses are joining forces with those from Ealing and other parts of West London at a new networking group, Bridge 2 Success.
Not only will businesses be able to make new contacts and affiliations but the group hopes to extend contacts within the local communities. This is one of the reasons behind the formation of the Bridge 2 Success networking group, which is to link the Anglo and Polish business communities in West London.
When Polish companies set up in the UK they are looking for local knowledge and expertise but do not know where to find this, but also once established businesses need new, local contacts in order to grow and develop their businesses. In return, by linking with businesses from other communities, companies can increase their customer base and form new affiliations.
When looking at attending a networking group, it can be beneficial to your business to look at joining a group that has links beyond your immediate associations in order to build up greater and diverse customer base, and to be open to new affiliations.
Bridge 2 Success has been founded by three business women who live or work in West London and who epitomise the bridging of these two communities in order to achieve greater success.
Maria Luba-Muczko has lived in the UK since 2009 and is a director of Collagen-Colway Ltd, the UK arm of a Polish company specialising in pure collagen skincare. This product is new in the UK and the only product of its type available. Agata Sabina Kaluza has lived in the UK since 2002. She is a Customer Service and Marketing specialist. Her experience includes working with brands i.e.: Client Logic, Harrods, John Lewis, Whitestep and Collagen-Colway. Her aim in setting up Bridge 2 Success was to promote a co-operative approach in business.
Helen Watt is the owner of CityLocal Hillingdon, an on-line business directory aimed at promoting local businesses. The directory also includes local news, events, properties and jobs. Helen was born and brought up just outside Uxbridge, and she has always lived and worked in the area.
